Following the Annual General Meeting and distribution of the Annual Report we felt that this would be a good time and opportunity to contact you regarding the information we provide to you throughout the year. In particular, we are keen to know if the information you receive meets your needs.  The following questions are aimed at finding out what, if any, changes you would like us to make.

We would therefore be most grateful if you could complete this survey.  If you would like to be entered into the prize draw please provide your full name and address (telephone/email optional) after Section 3.

The Annual Report contains summarized financial information.  This information is also provided to members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
