This survey is part of some research we're conducting to find out more about the issues that local government organisations are facing when trying to drive digital transformation. The results will be published on our website at www.abavus.co.uk.
The survey is completely anonymous and your answers cannot be tracked back to you in any way so please be as open and honest with us as you want.
As a small thank you for taking part, we'll donate £250 to the National Autistic Society as soon as we get 100 survey responses. The deadline for taking part is 31 March 2017.
