* 2. What outdoor interests do you pass onto your children ? examples - gardening, hill walking, wood work, bird watching. These examples are all types of plays for our children. If you can't think of any thats fine, were not all outdoors people :)

Why do you think outdoor play is important for young children to develop? examples- they have more opportunities to assess their own risk, develop physically through exercise and larger equipment, helps their emotional, physical health and wellbeing being in the freshair and freedom of openspace. Children can develop their imagination through discovery and exploring. Their lanuage and cognitive development when asking who, why, where and how. No answer is a wrong answer guys.
