Small Business Survey

Small businesses are delivering innovation and driving competition in both the knowledge and manufacturing economies, making the UK a world leader in such areas as the creative, branded and design industries. Intellectual Property (IP) underpins this success, providing lone, micro and small businesses with the security they need to invest.

Research released by the Federation of Small Businesses reveals that concerns on issues such as IP infringement and access to finance means that many of these small businesses still struggle to maximise the potential of their IP.

The All-Party Parliamentary Group on Intellectual Property and All-Party Parliamentary Group on Small Business want to hear from small businesses about the opportunities and challenges they face in protecting and promoting their IP.

This survey should take 10 minutes to complete.

Other organisations, such as large businesses, trade associations and enforcement organisations are welcome to submit their concerns.

The deadline for submissions is: 5pm, Tuesday 8th March
