Feedback questionnaire for young people

The Homelessness 16-17 Year Olds' Case Officers are looking to gather feedback from the young people they have worked with to make sure that they are helping you in the ways that you need and so that they can improve the service. The best way to do this is to ask you directly and see what you thought of the service.  Your feedback will go to the Case Officer's Manager and will not identify you directly unless you would like it to do so.
