I am currently conducting a survey about people’s interest in and impressions of the isho (last messages) written during the JL123 (also known as JAL123) crash on 12 August 1985.

All of the data will be collected anonymously and according to the appropriate research ethics of Cardiff University. There are 12 questions in the survey and it should take about 5 minutes to complete - but may take longer if you choose to write longer answers to the questions that have free text boxes. There is no payment for taking part in the survey and no prize draws. It is expected that a summary of the results will be included in an academic article and on my Wordpress site. Any text responses included in my article or any other posts will be totally anonymous.

For further details about my research please see https://hoodcp.wordpress.com/2015/12/10/my-research-about-the-flight-jl123-crash/.

By pressing 'Next' you are agreeing to take part in the survey on the above basis.
