Existing Geriatric Medicine E-Teaching Materials
Dear Colleague
The British Geriatrics Society is committed to furthering education and training in geriatric medicine for its members. This is an increasingly important area of development for all healthcare professionals regardless of level or speciality. This was underlined by the recent ‘shape of training report’, which highlighted that it is vital that all those caring for older people receive adequate training in this area.
We would very much appreciate your time in responding to this short survey of 8 short questions about any specific resources that exist in your organisation, deanery or medical school. This will help us map the landscape of existing e-learning resources in geriatric medicine topics and the availability of these resources to healthcare professionals.
We will use your feedback to plan the BGS’s future actions in helping deliver e-learning in geriatric medicine to relevant audiences.
Please provide contact details where possible.
If you have been forwarded this message on to a colleague to complete, in order that we have a representative response from all areas in the UK, we ask that you provide the email address and details of the correct person to ensure organisation
