Welcome to our community survey

Thank you for taking a few moments to complete our survey. There are only 10 questions so it shouldn't take long. All completed surveys will be entered into a draw for a £25 M&S voucher.

It will really help us to find out more about the needs and hopes of those living and working in our town so we can serve everyone better.

Information from the survey will be collated into a report with no reference to personally identifiable details such as names. Only those issuing the survey will see the individual results and these will be used to produce the report and administer the draw, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
