Gwent VAWDASV Strategy Consultation

The Gwent Violence against Women, Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Partnership Board is pleased to launch the region’s first joint draft strategy to tackle VAWDASV.

The Gwent VAWDASV strategy sets out to provide the leadership and direction that will promote consistency and best practice for the way in which violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence is prioritised across the region. 

The Gwent VAWDASV strategy will be launched during National Safeguarding Week at the Gwent VAWDASV Conference on Friday 17th November 2017. The strategy consultation will be available from Monday 20th November for a period of 8 weeks, closing at midnight on 15th January 2018.
