Provider directory update

The Directory is a resource created by HQIP to support Trusts with prioritisation planning of annual participation in national clinical audits (NCAs), clinical outcome review programmes (enquiries) and other national quality improvement programmes. Trusts also refer to The Directory to assist with the preparation of the clinical audit section of the mandatory quality account report, supported by the annually published NHS England Quality Accounts List.

The Directory is an Excel-based repository containing high-level information from provider organisations of national programmes, as outlined in this survey.  It includes information about national programmes, which are currently collecting data, alongside those that plan to run during the forthcoming financial year and/or ran in the previous financial year.
