Introduction

From 1 April 2019, school nursing and health visiting services will come together as one 0-19 team to support children, young people and their families. This new service will be known as 0-19 Public Health Integrated Nursing Service (0-19 PHINS for short), and will continue to improve how families and young people access health services in Leeds.

We want to learn what knowledge currently exists around these services and how best to raise awareness of the service to support more people.

All information collected will be confidential and anonymous. Your response will not make an impact on the care you may currently receive.
