In June 2020, we asked BME workers how their employers treated them during the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown. What you told us enabled the TUC to publish the  Dying on the Job report, which highlighted how institutional racism affected the health, safety and welfare of BME workers during the pandemic.

We want to hear from you about what has happened since the end of the pandemic lockdowns.  Whether your employer has taken additional action to protect your health, safety and well-being, whether your jobs and working conditions have improved or worsened, and whether they have taken action to tackle institutional racism exposed by the pandemic.
