Thank you for signing up to attend community organising training with us. The course is accredited via ABC Awards.

To ensure that your needs are catered for and that you receive a certificate on successful completion of your chosen course/courses, please complete the information below. Responses are required for all starred questions.

Certificates are provided through ABC Awards. Community Organisers Ltd must share limited information (your name and date of course attended) with the awarding organisation ABC Awards in order for you to receive your Certificate of Achievement for accredited training .

Community Organisers Ltd will also use your contact information to send you information about future Community Organising training and development opportunities.

Community Organisers Ltd store all learner details securely in case of an audit by our funder, the Government Department of Digital Culture Media and Sport, in which case we will need to share with the DCMS your name and contact details. All diversity data is anonymised and used for analysis but not shared with any partner. Your information will be held by Community Organisers Ltd for the period of time required by ABC Awards in relation to the course you have taken part in and for the period of time required by the training funder, DCMS.

You have the right to access, change or ask for your data to be deleted and can withdraw consent for data sharing. You are able to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office should you feel it necessary to do so. Community Organisers Ltd can be contacted at admin@corganisers.org.uk.
