For the last couple of months, we have been told to stay at home as much as possible to keep ourselves safe due to the spread of coronavirus. There has been a variety of guidance around keeping physically active, with government advice recently changing so that people who are not high risk can go outside to exercise multiple times a day. There has also been a variety of content created for disabled people and for people who may be unable to leave the house around getting active at home.

Disability Rights UK and Sense would like to find out if and how you are currently staying active, whether anything is helping you to stay active, and to find out if there is anything else that could support you to keep active at home or outside of your home during this time.

Completing this survey will help us to become more aware of the experiences disabled people and people with long term health conditions have of staying active during the coronavirus outbreak, and we can then begin to share and create resources that reflect the needs, views and experiences that have been shared.

We will be giving away amazon vouchers of £100 and £60 at random to two people who take part in this survey. Enter your contact details at the end of the survey if you would like the chance to win. This survey will close on the 24th July.
