Accessibility is the design of products, devices, services, or environments to ensure they can be used by as many people as possible.  This survey will explore the accessibility of HR Software, to determine whether they are clear and intuitive enough so that everyone can access the common modules including, recruiting, performance appraisal, learning management, career development and succession planning and compensation management.  Including those with accessibility needs, which can include neurodiverse or disabled individuals, as well as those learning English as a Second Language.
