Welcome to our survey about service charges.

We receive frequent and sometimes shocking reports about problems with service charges. We want to build a picture of the problem so that we can do something about it. Please help us by sharing your experiences.

The survey is applicable to housing association tenants, leaseholders and shared ownership residents.

This survey asks about overcharging, undercharging, and billing. It only takes a few moments to complete. Your answers will be anonymised and only reported as figures. No personal details will be shared with anyone.
