Constructionarium Ltd: Application For Women's Programme

This programme is a specifically targeted at females based in Norfolk and Suffolk who are seeking to join or return to the construction industry and/or who are interested in refreshing their knowledge or gaining practical experience of working on a construction site in a safe way.

We are focusing on females for this initial returnship event as it is nationally recognised that there is a gender imbalance and diversity issue in the construction sector with many females experiencing difficulty to getting their first role or trying to return to work after a career break.

The benefits of Constructionarium hosting this type of activity means that we can hopefully provide a stepping stone for these individuals into starting or restarting their careers in the sector or assist them in identifying the next level and pathway of built environment education.

Due to Covid-19 we have been allowed to extend the closing date for applications to 31/01/21.
