Right now, we all find ourselves in uncharted territory, and, as your Students' Union, we have created this survey to give our members the opportunity to tell us what areas of your student experience we, and the Universities, should be focusing on over the coming weeks.

The more students complete the survey, the better picture we will build of what things are going well, what less well, and of any ideas/resources, which may be of use to other students which we can share.

Using the data that we collect, The Students’ Union will create briefings and reports which set out your views as students.

Your Presidents will represent these views on your behalf to all levels of staff within your university and lobby for action to address your concerns.

You can fill out this tool as many times as you want as your thoughts, views, feelings and experience change over the passing weeks.  This will help us track any changes in students’ thoughts and outlook.

This survey is anonymous - this means that if you log feedback that requires immediate action or support we will not be able to give you this. In the event that you require immediate support or action, here are some useful contacts:

Compass Online – provides access to all academic and student support services (including welfare and hardship funds)

SU Advice - For confidential and impartial advice on housing, finance, academic appeals etc, please contact the SU Advice Service at advice@thesu.org.uk for support.

Student Reps (find out who your rep is here) – for giving feedback on general academic issues

Your course tutors or module leads - for individual academic concerns

If you have done that and are still struggling to get a resolution, please email presidents@thesu.org.uk
