Fife Voluntary Action is leading a proposal to open a new Hub in Dunfermline city centre to allow citizens to more easily access public services.  FVA will provide core staffing and take care of maintenance etc., allowing third and public sector partners to meet clients, enable staff to hot-desk, have drop-ins/pop-ups, hold meetings, training sessions and more from the Hub.

This brief survey aims to help us to understand potential demand and usage of the Hub, to help us with the design and use of the space, as well as the co-ordination of the Hub.

We appreciate that all you can do is give your best estimates at this stage – we won’t hold partners to the answers they provide here!  For simplicity, we use the word client in the survey – we appreciate some have preferences for service user, member, citizen and so on.

Responses will be collated and shared with the Hub Steering Group, which consists of public and third sector partners.

Thank you for your support on this exciting new development for Dunfermline.
