Healthwatch York aims to put you at the heart of health and social care services in our city. We want to gather feedback from as many people as possible. By getting feedback on your experiences we can see what is working well and what needs to be improved.

When we asked York residents what topics we should look into this year, the most popular was access to dental services. This survey gives you a chance to have your say.

Have you or a member of your family struggled to get a dentist in York? Have you visited a dentist in the past two years? If so, we'd love to hear more about your experiences, both good and bad.

Our survey is anonymous and we will not publish any information to identify you. The findings of the survey will be included in a Healthwatch York report and presented to the Health and Wellbeing Board. This Board oversees the development of health and social care in York, with senior representatives from City of York Council, NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group, York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust, and North Yorkshire Police as well as representation from the voluntary and community sector. We also have a seat on the Board, which belongs to each and every person in York to make sure your experiences are heard.

Thank you for taking part in our survey. Together we can make York better!
