Question Title

* 6. Vulnerabilities
In order to prepare for the return to school the health and safety of all children, staff and families is our priority.  We also recognise that for some families their clinical vulnerabilities may impact on their willingness for their child to return to school. To that end, it is helpful for us to understand the extent of issues and concerns that exist related to clinical extreme vulnerability (as defined by government) and clinical vulnerability (as defined by government).  We would expect parents to communicate this for their children in Years 10 and 12 at CRANBROOK but we recognise this is sensitive information and therefore, if you wish not to respond to this question for members of your household other than your child then we absolutely understand and there is an option for you to indicate this. All information provided will be held in the strictest confidence by the Head Teacher and his Executive Assistant for the purposes of planning and will not be shared more widely amongst staff at the school.  Please read the latest government guidance on shielding for the 'clinically extremely vulnerable' before answering.  Clinically vulnerable (but not clinically extremely vulnerable) people are those considered to be at a higher risk of severe illness from coronavirus.

Please indicate if your child is 'clinically extremely vulnerable' and in receipt of a shielding letter from the Government, 'clinically vulnerable' but without a shielding letter from the Government  or has no medical vulnerabilities.

Question Title

* 7. Please indicate if any member of your household is 'clinically extremely vulnerable' and in receipt of a shielding letter from the Government, 'clinically vulnerable' but without a shielding letter from the Government  or has no medical vulnerabilities.

Question Title

* 8. Getting to and from school
It will be helpful for us to understand the means by which your child would travel to and from school.  Please note that different start and end times to the day are likely to be deployed to support social distancing measures in the school and on public transport.

On their return to school please indicate your child's likely method of travel to and from school.

* 11. Experience in school
The following questions relate to the  practical aspects of returning to school.

Please indicate your child's preference.

Question Title

* 12. As part of its risk protection processes the School will not be opening IT facilities for students on their return.  If your child returns to school does/will they have access to their own portable IT to support them in their learning in school?
