If you (or your child) are about to enter Year 11 at School, you will soon be starting to consider what and where you study after you finish your GCSEs.
It is important that you consider all options available to you and receive impartial and independent advice in order to make the right decision for you.  Unfortunately some schools with sixth forms are reluctant to allow Colleges access to their Y10/Y11
pupils which means that pupils can miss out on important information.  If you would like to be sent details of events and
initiatives that will help you to decide where you want to study, please complete and submit the following questionnaire.  Please note that if you are aged under 16, a parent/carer must complete this on your behalf; alternatively, you may be a parent seeking information on behalf of your son or daughter.

* 1. Name of Parent/Carer

* 2. Name of Child (First Name, Surname)

* 3. What year group is your child in? (as of 1st September 2017)

* 4. Which school does your child attend?

* 5. Please provide your email address

* 6. Which qualification types is your child interested in?

* 7. We will only send you information on events, courses and initiatives which we believe to be relevant to your child's education.  Your contact information will not be shared with any third parties and you will have the opportunity to opt out of receiving information at any point.  Please indicate your agreement of this by ticking the box below. (We will be unable to  send you information without this consent)
