* 7. What actually are you selling, and what is each of those single purchases worth to you? (Not lifetime value, just the worth of this one main purchase.)

* 8. For these purchases, do you have an upsell? If someone buys, do you offer them something else to go with it or a much bigger thing just in case that's what they really want? What's the uptake and profit on those?
