First Story is finding out how participating in creative writing projects affects people. They have asked a research organisation called LKMco to help them find out more by conducting research into a range of projects.
LKMco would like to collect information from you over the course of this project, including this survey. We will store it safely, analyse it, write reports, publish and share what we find out.
Your name will never be linked to what you say unless you specifically give your permission and what you say won’t be shared with your parents or teacher. We may share your responses to this survey with other researchers, but only if they agree not to link your name to what you say. You can stop being involved at any point, just tell one of the adults you are working with (or email info@lkmco.org). You can also email us to ask for more information about the research.
This research will be helpful because it will mean we can make sure people get more out of creative writing projects. However, if you would rather not be involved it won’t stop you being involved in this project.
