Please be advised that this booklet is for parents and carers of Essex County Council, Southend-On-Sea Borough Council, and Thurrock Council only. Parents and carers outside of these local authorities, are able to to purchase a copy at cost of £7.50 (non -profit).

Professionals can purchase a copy at cost of £7.50 (non -profit) .
