Our plan for the next 5 years...

We held a planning day at the end of July where 60 people came along - people we support, staff, families, the board and external friends, we've also given people the chance to contribute at our AGM.  Now it's your turn! We have five big areas we want to think about;

The people we support - living their good life

Our staff - being well supported and loving their work

The organisation - being well-led, inclusive, respected and secure

The communities where we work - we want to contribute to the lives of everyone in the communities of North Tyneside, Northumberland and Newcastle

Changing the world - we want to be part of making the world a better place for everyone
