This survey is part of a research project run by Black South West Network and funded by Power to Change and Bristol City Council.
Our objectives are to explore housing needs and aspirations of BAME residents in Bristol and assess the role of different types of housing in addressing them. We are particularly interested in the role of community-led housing; that is initiatives that meaningfully engage communities and involve them in the development, management and ownership of housing.
Understanding your needs and aspirations is crucial now that Bristol has embarked on an ambitious home building programme, while also seeking to address structural inequalities in the city.
