Regulating the future workplace: remote working, digitisation, automation

The experience of the covid-19 pandemic has added new urgency to debates on the future of work, from the right balance between remote and in-person working to the impact of automation on businesses and workers.

To contribute to this important discussion, Global Counsel is running a global survey to gather the views of business leaders. The survey questions explore respondents’ views on the prospects of regulatory intervention in the areas of remote working, automation, and AI in the workplace.

The survey results will inform a wider report due to be published in early 2022, which will unpack and analyse business leaders’ views while exploring a range of possible regulatory futures and their potential impact on businesses. 

The published results of the survey will be fully anonymised, with analysis taking place purely in aggregate (i.e. by region, sector and company size). No individuals, companies or other organisations will be singled out, and the data collected will not be used for marketing purposes.

As a survey contributor, you will receive the finished report before it is officially launched in early 2022.
