GAMBOL STUDY (Phase 1): The effects of Growth hormone treatment discontinuation in Adults on Metabolic profile, Body composition and quality Of Life

We are currently looking at the feasibility of conducting a study on adult patients who are on long-term growth hormone replacement therapy and investigate the effects of discontinuing long-term growth hormone treatment in this group. As part of the initial phase of the study, we are interested in gaining a better understanding of the current practice of offering a trial of treatment discontinuation in adults who have been on growth hormone replacement for at least 5 years.
