We have been asked on behalf of YKK Europe to carry out a mental health survey, which includes some questions about working from home during the time of Coronavirus.
This survey is conducted by Bamboo Mental Health, an independent consultancy that specialises in workplace wellbeing. The survey is anonymous.
The survey is in two parts. In part ONE we will ask you some of the questions that you might be asked by a doctor in relation to understanding your mental health. However we will NOT be offering you a diagnostic response or ‘score’ because this could be surprising or harmful if there is no immediate professional support. We are asking these questions to understand the health issues that matter to you (so we can include this in future information or training). Your answers will also help educate you as to signs to look out for.
In part TWO we will be asking questions about your experience of mental health at YKK Europe. This will tell us what we need to do to improve.
Who is the survey for?
All YKK Europe UK-based employees have been chosen to participate in the survey. Please help by completing the survey and sharing your thoughts and experiences. It will take about 10 minutes to complete the whole survey.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Bamboo guarantees the confidentiality of your responses and all correspondence will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence. This is assured in two ways. Firstly, only Bamboo will see your responses in written form. Secondly, we do not collect your name, contact details or IP address. Thirdly, all reports presented to YKK EUROPE will be collated in a manner that protects your anonymity.
What will we do with the results?
We will create an action plan based on the results we find. During the survey we will also remind you of the support options we have available for you if you need some support.
