The Chamber recommends that you vote 'For' each of the resolutions and 'For' each of the candidates in the election/re-election of members of the Chamber Council. If you wish to support the Chamber’s recommendations and to appoint the Chamber President as Chairman of the AGM as your representative to vote for you at the AGM (and at any adjournment) in accordance with the Chamber’s recommendations and otherwise as he sees fit on any other matter that arises at the AGM (or at any adjournment), tick the box below then sign and date the declaration on Step 2.
