Thank you for taking part in this survey.

This research is being conducted by The Young Foundation on behalf of The London Borough of Southwark, and has been funded by the Access Foundation.  This questionnaire is for social enterprises and charities based in the borough.

What is this research about?

We are interested in your organisation’s activities, plans and aspirations.  Southwark Council has established the Southwark Pioneers Fund (the Fund) to invest in Southwark entrepreneurs and change makers of the future.  The Fund will provide access to finance, workspace, networks and business support. The Fund will contribute towards inclusive growth in Southwark by enabling people who otherwise may not have the opportunity to start-up, grow and benefit from (including through being employed by) small enterprises in Southwark.  As part of this, Access - The Foundation for Social Investment (Access Foundation) and Big Society Capital invited Southwark (as one of 12 places from across England) to apply for their new £33m Local Access Programme.

This research will help the Council better demonstrate the needs of social enterprises and charities operating in the borough as this is the focus of the Local Access Programme.

The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to complete and will be open until 16th September 2019.

You will also be asked if you would be willing to take part in follow-up research on this topic.
