Post-16 training providers and employers from England, Finland, Iceland, Holland and France are participating in a European project to share ideas and best practice in apprenticeship training. 

As the UK lead in this project, we are seeking your feedback of your experiences with apprenticeship training; barriers you may have encountered; and positive ways of retaining young talent.

Over the next three years, we will collect and share ideas to help employers grow the counties young talent.
