Railway Station Survey / Welshpool Town Council

The Shrewsbury Aberystwyth Rail Liaison Committee works with the rail operators and Welsh Government to achieve a better rail service for everyone. The full hourly train service with new rolling stock is due to be with us in 2022/2023.

The main line station at Welshpool is the focus of our current attention and we are seeking your views on what improvements could be made to Welshpool Station into the future.

So that we can produce a completed business case and plans with costings we would welcome your views.
