To ensure appropriate staffing & support in place, we need to identify any and all parents/carers who fall into any of the following key groups that the government has identified, for planning purposes.  Please remember that this service is provided to enable key workers to go to work and to ensure vulnerable children are safe .  If you are on holidays from work or  self-isolating,  we would expect children to be at home too.  Please also remember to follow current advice about what to do if your child has a cough or temperature - they will not be able to come to school if this is the case.

* 3. If they are in good health on Monday 23rd March, are you intending on sending your child to school? Please note anyone with any underlying health conditions are advised by the govt to undertake additional measures up to and including isolation for 12 weeks.

* 4. It is important to us as a school to try and manage this unknown situation as calmly & as professionally as possible to reduce anxiety in our children & wider school community.    We will contact you once we have reviewed your form to discuss your needs and let you know the outcome.
