Who are we?
Young Advisors are young people aged between 15 and 24, who show community leaders how to engage young people in community life, local decision-making and improving services. They also work with business leaders, bringing unique expertise and knowledge about being young to influence strategic planning, decision-making and marketing. LSCP Young advisors are young people who will engage with other young people to promote their voice in the city around issues that matter. This will be fed back to services to better inform their plans/ delivery.
The Commission
Upon being commissioned by NSPCC, the LSCP Young Advisors hope to gather information on what young people’s awareness of Sexual abuse is and whether young people feel a campaign is needed to raise more awareness about it.
The NSPCC hope to launch a campaign around these issues but would like your input on what would make the campaign successful. So then through the campaign they hope to educate young people in the future about Sexual Abuse.
