Throughout January, February and March, we will be offering FREE online workshops to young people.
Please use the form below to sign up for which workshops you would like to attend, you are welcome to as little or as many as you like. All sessions will take place online via Zoom.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation within five working days. Places are limited and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.
These sessions are open to anyone up to the age of 25. You do not need to be an existing member of Stage 65 Youth Theatre to come along.
Workshops available include:
SIMPLY GAMES Wednesdays, 5pm-5.45pm, weekly Suitable for academic years 4 and above (ages 8 to 25)
Join us for a weekly 45-minute session of games filled with silliness and lots of fun. Playing party games, drama games, staying active and being creative. No commitment required, just bring yourself and be ready to play!
PLAY READING Thursdays, 5pm-6pm, fortnightly Suitable for academic years 10 and above (ages 14 to 25)
Do you want to expand your knowledge of plays and playwrights? Meeting twice a month, we will be reading short plays and discussing them together. We will look at a diverse range of playwrights, their influences and contemporary themes. These sessions are an excellent introduction into the world of theatre.
SATURDAY STORY TIME Saturdays, 11am-11.45am, fortnightly Suitable for academic years R to 3 (ages 4 to 8)
For our younger participants, we will be holding interactive storytelling sessions in which the young people can help tell the story. A storyteller will lead the session with the help of the group to create an exciting journey - anything that they want it to be!
