The application form for the ScreenSkills HETV: Building Your Career Portfolio programme delivered by Media Trust will ask for the following:

- Details of your professional experience as a production secretary, assistant production coordinator, production coordinator, production manager, assistant production accountant and/ or production accountant in unscripted entertainment, continuing drama and/ or film, including your list of credits
- Your motivation for applying for the programme and aspiration to work in HETV
- Link to your IMDb profile
- Diversity data
