The application form for the ScreenSkills HETV: Building Your Career Portfolio programme delivered by Media Trust will ask for the following:
  • Personal and contact details
  • An agreement that you commit to all programme timelines and activity
  • Details of your professional experience as a production secretary, assistant production coordinator, production coordinator, production manager, assistant production accountant and/ or production accountant in unscripted entertainment, continuing drama and/ or film, including your list of credits
  • Your motivation for applying for the programme and aspiration to work in HETV
  • Link to your IMDb profile 
  • Diversity data

You will also be required to upload a written, professional reference that includes the full name, email address and phone number of the referee (the person providing the reference for you). This must be submitted as a PDF file. 
Written references should contain:  
  • The referee's job title
  • The nature of your relationship with the referee
  • Outline your job role(s) and duties in the capacity the referee knows you, including your job title(s)
  • Details of unscripted entertainment, continuing drama, Children's TV or film you have worked on
  • The referee's assessment of your professional performance
How Media Trust will use your data

  • Contact you about your application and the programme.
  • Collect diversity data of applicants.
