Introduction

King’s College London are undertaking organisational research to support the next Hampton-Alexander Report, which will be published on the 13th November 2019. The focus of the research is on inclusive workplace cultures and behaviours and it aims to provide insights and guidance on how to improve the workplace culture.

A key part of this research is to gather data from men and women in senior leadership and board roles, including those just below but aspiring to such roles in future, on their experience of workplace culture and behaviours in their organisation. To facilitate this King’s College have prepared the survey below which will ask questions about your perception of your workplace culture and workplace behaviours.

All survey responses will be completely anonymous and will be stored on a secure server at King’s College London. Only researchers at King’s College will have access to the full data, although aggregated results will be shared with the Hampton-Alexander Review team and published in the 2019 report.

You will not be asked to identify your employer or any information that could identify who you are, but due to the anonymous nature of the survey, once submitted it will not be possible to amend your answers.

Please note the survey cannot be saved to submit later however it takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
