Hull City Council Arts Development are concerned about in the impact of the current pandemic on artists, arts organisations, and the voluntary arts sector in Hull. We hope to form an overall picture to ensure that the Arts and Culture are included in the Council’s understanding of the economic impact of Covid 19.
