Thanks to the Mayor’s office and the Violence Reduction Unit in London, we are working with some of the most inspirational youth workers in the capital who are tackling youth violence by working with young people. They have recently joined our Rise Up Leadership Programme to build their personal and professional skills and to develop themselves as future youth sector leaders.

Each youth worker will be matched with a mentor to support and guide them as they progress and learn on the programme. The purpose of this form is to help us understand your experience, skills and interests so that we can match accordingly. 

Please note that, as a Rise Up mentor, you will need to commit to six hours' worth of mentoring in total over a duration of six months.


The information you provide in this form will be collected by London Youth and shared securely with the core partners of the Rise Up Leadership Programme (Leap Confronting Conflict and Clore Social Leadership).
