NHS Hull Clinical Commissioning Group is working with key stakeholders including children, young people and their parents to review services for children with additional needs, including Special Education Needs and/or disabilities (SEND).

As part of this ongoing work we are looking to develop an integrated service that will support children, young people and their parents/carers who have neurodevelopmental issues and/or neurodisability issues. The need for an integrated service is in response to feedback from parents carers and staff.

In relation to this work, we want to hear the views and experiences of:

- Staff and people who currently work with children and young people (including those who refer into neurodevelopment and/or neurodisability Services such as paediatric medical and/or therapy services, those who provide such services and those who support children and families who are accessing services)

- Children and young people with neurodevelopmental issues and/or neurodisability issues

- Their parents and carers.
