Subscriptions to the club will be paid annually. The annual subscription becomes due on the 1st April and should be paid no later than the 30th June for 2020 only. Due to the development of the Coronavirus this year we have reduced our annual fees and extended the renewal period. We will review our annual fees again in 2021.

The club annual subscriptions include annual affiliation costs to England Athletics (£15 per year) and club affiliation to Triathlon England.

When you become a member of, or renew your membership with Calne SMaRTT you will automatically be registered as a member of England Athletics. We will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called MyAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and control your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org.

A valid email address is required for all athletes so that England Athletics can confirm that your data is correct and, so you can set you own privacy settings. By default all athletes will be opted out of communications until you have accessed your MyAthletics account and chosen to opt in.

Data Protection – any information provided on this form will be used by the Club Management to provide information concerning sporting, social and other club activities. The information may also be provided in a summary form to the governing bodies for statistical analysis. Occasionally name details may be provided to our third party suppliers for the express intention of validating club benefits. Information is never shared with any third parties for them to contact you with marketing or other reasons without your express written consent.
