Why complete this survey?

The Village Hall Committee would like to get an up to date assessment from the residents regarding the need for Community Facilities in Spaldwick.
We would like to understand the views and opinions of all residents in our village in order to inform our next steps.

We have decided to use a Community Facilities Survey.
This survey will be available on line at https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/XQ7G6FN
 and on the Spaldwick Village website.
And will also be made available to all those residents who do not have internet access.

The online survey will close on 17th Dec 2015

Those who wish to complete a copy on paper, your paper survey will be collected the week beginning the 19th Dec 2015
