This survey is designed to capture your views about mental health stigma and discrimination relating to women.

Please reflect on the questions and be honest in your responses.  Please do not share personal information such as your full name or contact details in the survey.

Your replies are anonymous and we will be collating feedback into themes to inform the final recommendations.  This information you provide may be shared with the National Partnership Board and partners as they consider the next steps to reducing stigma a discrimination in Wales.

A report summarising views and making recommendations will be presented to the National Partnership Board in late 2019.
