Level 3 Adult  Learner Survey

Linking London works alongside existing networks, Access HE and Aimhigher London, to form the London Uni Connect. We work specifically with Further Education and Sixth Form College learners who live within 13 wards across London. Together with our partners, we have developed a programme of sustained and progressive outreach activity that is tailored to local needs and offers inspiration, increases aspiration and supports students to make informed decisions about their future. Linking London Uni Connect is funded by the Office for Students.

Thank you for agreeing to take part in our short survey. We really appreciate your input and your responses are very valuable to us.

The aim of this survey is to gather an understanding of how adult (19+) learners feel about transitioning through education, the possible barriers to adult learners progressing on to Higher Education and what educational institutions can do to help support your progression.

The survey features no more than 20 questions. These are a mixture of open, closed and scale questions. It should take you no more that 10/15 minutes to complete.

The survey will not ask you to include any personal, identifiable characteristics so all responses are completely anonymous. This means that no one will be able identify whose responses they are analysing when drawing up our results. College staff within your college will not be aware of who has responded or how.

Your responses will be used to write up a report that will be shared between higher education and further education providers across London and wider. These organisations will potentially use these insights to improve their outreach provision for mature learners and identify any cold spots where support for adult learners is lacking.
