Personal Tax Checklist (2019)

* 1. This questionnaire should not take long to complete but will ensure that we have all the necessary information in order to be able to prepare your tax return and claim as much tax relief as possible for you.

Simply read each section, answer as applicable and then click ‘next’ to move on. Most questions are compulsory but depending on your answers, you may be able to skip some. Please be aware that there is no save and return option for this questionnaire. Therefore please ensure that you at least have the following information to hand (where applicable) before staring the survey:

- Personal bank interest received during the year
- Benefits in kind
- Dividends received during the year
- Income and expenditure relating to rental properties (including mortgage interest paid if applicable)
- Pension contributions & Income
- Charitable donations made
- Details of any other income received
- Use of home as office details e.g. amount of household bills and size of office in relation to living spaces within the house.
- Any other relevant information

Once you have completed the questionnaire we will automatically receive it. We will then send you a copy of your completed checklist for your records and contact you if any further information is required.
