Voyage Play Therapy is launching ‘project: flotilla’, thanks to GAVO funding. (GAVO / Gwent Regional Partnership Board Intermediate Care Fund Small Grant Scheme 2019/20).
A week in the school holidays to make memories and work together with your family to move forward after time apart. In Wales, some children and parents have to spend time apart from each other for lots of different reasons and we think that shouldn’t stop families being able to have a strong bond and a positive future. Before the project, we will meet and work with you in preparation for the 5 day camp (non-residential) which will involve doing activities together. After these 5 days, we will meet again and see how things have been going.

If you have ever been, or had family members, separated from your family for any reason and have ideas about such a project, we would love to hear from you. Flotilla means ‘a group of ships charting the same route’ and we recognise that you’re the captain of your ship and we are here to help you navigate the waters.
