These are the terms and conditions of the course. Please read through carefully:
All participants signing up to take part in an EduSpots Online Course accept the following terms & conditions:
1. I accept that the personal data I provide, which will include my name, category, school (if applicable) and email address, may be used by EduSpots for the purpose of administrating and delivering the online course.
2. I understand that EduSpots will not use the data I provide for any purpose other than the above and will not share my data with any third-party individual or organisation.
3. I agree to abide by the following when posting in the online blog:
a. To post comments only using my first name and country e.g. Lily, UK
b. To not use any personal information about myself directly in my posts
c. To not use inappropriate language or comments in my posts
d. To raise any concerns I may have at any time about the course or the online blog with my teacher and / or the EduSpots online course administrator George Tunnacliffe gtunnacliffe@eduspots.org
4. I agree that any written posts and / or comments I make can be reproduced by EduSpots in material relating to the course, course summaries, course recognition awards, online course promotional materials etc. and that my first name and country of location can be used alongside any such material.
5. If signing up as an individual participant 13-18 years, and not through a school-led activity, I agree that my parent / guardian has read and understood these terms and conditions and gives their permission for me to:
a. Participate in the online course
b. Communicate by email with EduSpots staff for the purpose of the administration and delivery of the course.
c. Participate in the active online course blog
6. I, and my parent / guardian, understand I/they can withdraw consent at any time by contacting George Tunnacliffe at gtunnacliffe@eduspots.org or by emailing info@eduspots.org
