The Charities HR Network is working in collaboration with TPP Recruitment to conduct research in order to help and guide the fundraising recruitment landscape. This survey is for Fundraising and HR professionals working for charities and other not for profit organisations. Please help support your sector and spare a maximum of 10 minutes to complete this crucial research piece.

The results of this survey will be completely anonymous and used purely to highlight and improve current recruitment values.

We will email all respondents who complete the survey to let them know when the results are available.

Many thanks for taking part and making a difference to your sector. All respondents will be entered into a £200 prize draw. The Charities HR Network and TPP Recruitment will donate £200 towards a professional development programme for a member of your HR team.

If you have any questions regarding this survey please contact marketing@tpp.co.uk or 020 7198 6000.

The Charities HR Network, a registered charity in its own right, was set up over 20 years ago, to promote improved standards of HR services within national organisations in the voluntary, charitable and not for profit sector. It forwards its aims by providing meetings and networking that enables its members to increase their own knowledge and aid their own development whilst sharing information with other members. All CHRN members have primary responsibility for the development and management of Human Resources in a charitable, voluntary or not for profit organisation established to represent the interests of its members on a national or significant geographical basis and with over 100 employees.

TPP Recruitment has been supplying award-winning charity recruitment services to not-for-profit organisations since 1996. TPP staff are strongly committed to the third sector and, aside from finding thousands of candidates their ideal charity job, we support the sector through a variety of free services including volunteering and providing pro bono advice and support. We are delighted to be partnering with the CHRN and are committed to improving fundraising across the UK.
